Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: fuuny!! You can really relate!! Comments: You can really relate to this book if you've just had a baby and been pregnant. It feels comforting to hear all your own feelings were felt by someone else. And because it's a lighthearted, funny book, it's easy to read. I had a great time reading this book!! Give it as a baby shower gift!! It's so much better than reading scary pregnancy books. |

Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: Laugh Out Loud Funny E Time Comments: I have read this book a dozen times and e time I laugh out loud. I purchase it for all my friends as soon as a due date is announced. Whether Paul Reiser is writing about baby names, cloth vs. disposable diapers, or going out on his own with the baby for the 1st time, it's all funny. Yes, the book is a few years old, however it is still my favorite parenting book. |
Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: Great gift for new dads Comments: I happen to love Paul Reiser. I think he's hilarious!! I really enjoyed this book and I do not even have kids. If you would like to get a Father's Day gift for a new dad or if you happen to know a man who's about to become a dad then I would definitely endorse purchasing the AUDIOBOOK version of this. almost all men do not have the patience to read so I could see them enjoying the effortless listening aspect of the audio version. I read the print version and I really liked it. Paul talks about the decision to have a child and the whole pregnancy journey from the male perspective. Let's face it, there are lots of books written for women on the subject and this is probably the only1I have ever seen written for men by a man. Women will enjoy reading too b/c I think it gives some insider perspective as to how a man views having a baby. |
