Product Reviews: Living Wicca: A Further Guide for the Solitary Practitioner (Llewellyn's Practical Magick Series) |
Rating: 1 (out of 5) Summary: Empty headed bored women. . Comments: Women are easily fooled there is no doubt about that. These characters who write these books are ripping you off. The same goes for those preachers on TV. I would advise you women to get involved in a GYM and spend a little money over there. there is a simple Spiritual discipline you follow like almost all Athletes do and once you get the hang of the program; I guarantee all great things will come to pass. |
Rating: 1 (out of 5) Summary: Cats Reincarnate Too? Comments: This books tells you what to believe... period. there is actually a bullet point that says "Cats Reincarnate Too" under Wiccan beliefs. Really? Outrageous!! This book is for the mindless, blind follower. If you have half a brain and can think freely, at all... do not purchase this book!!!! Wicca is about "An it harm none, do as ye will," which is all about designing your own beliefs, not having someone tell you what they are. |
Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: For Beginners Comments: Wicca is a religion and this book gives you the basics of it. It's written by the late Scott Cunningham who has written many books on Wicca and knows the subject well. |
Rating: 3 (out of 5) Summary: Starts strong ends strong however still seems to lack Comments: Cunningham did quite well in putting together this book, he starts strong, continuing where he left off while at the same time simultaneously picking up any new comers along the way. He quite eloquently writes the information that can come in handy for a pretty decent BoS however somehow along the way to the end he misses and loses a few people. The book is strong however probably Borrowing it from your local library 1st would be a great idea before picking this1up. |
Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: Great Book Comments: Scott Cunningham is a great Wiccan author and I would purchase any of his books at any time, they are easy to read, understand and informative. |
