Comments: I believe this is the same grinder Ive had for the last 10 years. Amazingly it never breaks and has never needed sharpening ... its no burr grinder, however for a blade grinder its fantastic. |

Summary: broke!!
Comments: The switch on ours broke too; the whole piece just came off the lid. I have to fiddle with it to put it back on e time I want to use the grinder (which is why I am replacing it now). I think we'd had it a month when it broke.
It's not too loud and it probably does as great of a job grinding consistently as you can expect from a grinder in its price range. |

Summary: Wonderful Coffee Grinder
Comments: Who says the best has to be practically invented today? I know it's not normal for the same model of a product to continue to be marketed for over10years, however my Braun KSM2, which is the same model currently available (though not on Amazon) is between 15 and 20 years old (I can not determine its exact age). It's as great as the day I purchased it. It's not an antique, though perhaps it's not too much of a stretch to call it a classic. I sincerely hope it will continue to be available at Amazon, even if at a significan notly higher price than Amazon has recently asked. This appliance is honestly a quality product that is well made and works well for grinding whole bean coffee. I seriously doubt you will find1that will please you better or that will last longer. |

Summary: great for grinding up vitamins and seeds and nuts for smoothies too!!
Comments: I was advised by my doctor to make healthy smoothies and I have started to grind up my hard vitamins and seeds and nuts with this coffee grinder to add to the smoothies. It makes quick work of them and does not heat them. It's been in our cabinet a long time and still goes strong. It's even been glued and still goes strong. |

Comments: Was so happy to find the Braun Coffee Grinder again. Owned1before that lasted 20 years. Wasn't able to find another in the stores around here and went with another brand. Was totally disappointed with other. Then found and ordered and used again. happy that the product has NOT been changed and is as great as ever!! Will always use this model and brand.
