Summary: Wonderful additional to my cookware collection
Comments: I received this pan about a month ago and have used it many times since. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and appears like new after a run in the dishwasher. Originally I had wanted the 4.5 qt size, however Cuisinart has discontinued that size. Pleasantly the 3.5 qt holds ething I thought I needed the 4.5 qt size for!!!! I used this pan when preparing chicken dishes, sauces for pasta dishes, vegetables, etc.
I cook a lot and I am pleased with this quality addition to my cookware collection. I would highly endorse this pan. |

Summary: Great size and great looking.
Comments: I love the size of this pot. Alot of folks are afraid of foods sticking to stainless steel, however I really do not have that problem, especially on a gas stove. Besides, the pans with a non-stick coating are not healthy. This pot has only1drawback and that is that the handle on the lid gets hot so that you must use a pot holder. |
