Summary: Long Tongs
Comments: Here's what I was looking for: a pair of tongs safe enough to use on my non-stick skillets. I was also thinking they should be short. These tongs fit1of those requirements.
Though long, their one-piece construction means I will not have to deal with the tips falling off (almost all tongs being metal with nylon on the ends). The action is nice, stiff, however not too much so.
Turns out long is better. I wasn't thinking about the liquid popping as I turned things over.
In short, I am happy with them. A nice addition to any cook's arsenal. |
