Summary: Design perfect, price right
Comments: My Tools of the Trade set of knives were not really sharp when I purchased them and I couldn't get an edge with the sharpening steel that came with them. I decided, for the price, the Fisker axe/knife sharpener was worth a try. Glad I did. It has sharpened ething I have used on it. I did not give it 5-stars because that would have been equivalent to the results of a professional knife sharpener. Using the Fiskar sharpener as needed should reduce the number of times you have to take your knives to a professional. I also have the Fiskars Pro Chopping Axe #7858 with which I am pleased. |
