Summary: Great Grill
Comments: Pros: The grill is much better than1of those grills that you close the lid on and squeezes the juices out. The grill is ideal for cooking boneless cuts of meats, sausages, and fish fillets. Grilling lines are easily achieved during searing. Results are the same as cooking on an outdoor gas grill.
Clean up is relatively easy. Putting tin foil is better than adding water to the drip pan; it's harder to clean up/dispose of the water mess. You must have a great non- scratching brush for cleaning the grill surface.
Cons: Only 1500 watts. Meats with bones do not cook evenly.
Bottom line: Great indoor grill for certain types of meat, poultry, and fish/seafood (shrimp). Would endorse purchasing.

Comments: The size of this grill is what I like best,it is also a brand I can trust. The only drawback I have found is that the grill itself is not as easy to clean as others I have had, because of where the heat unit is placed. The heat is evenly distrihowevered, however, and it cooks beautifully. |

Summary: Love my Delonghi Perfecto indoor grill!!!!
Comments: I love this grill!! I am an outdoor grill enthusiast, and this grill comes close. I found it to sear, and also cook to my satisfaction, food on the 1st try. Of course, food cooked on my indoor grill doesn't get caramelized or smoked like over coals or an open flame, however the taste factor ranks just as high. I have yet to be disappointed, and if great care is given, I do not think I will be!!!! |

Summary: Perfect for meat, fowl, veggies, and fish!!
Comments: You will love this product!! Put it on top of your stove and turn on the fan. The meat cooks evenly, the top helps large pcs. of chicken cook quicker. The flavor is delicious. You can use it year round...how nice to see snow outside and have BBQ Chicken, or steak cooking inside. It's great for shrimp, peppers, and zucchini, too!!
I always bake my chicken in white wine, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, onions, and garlic. When it's nearly cooked I add some of the juice from the baked chicken to homemade BBQ sauce (beer, no salt ketchup, pressed garlic, celery seeds, touch of Burgundy, chives, honey, maple syrup, and some savory herbs.) Soak the nearly cooked chicken in the sauce then finish cooking on the grill. The flavor is awesome. Of course you will have to cook any left over sauce in a pot if you want to use it for dipping because it contains raw chicken juice.
I cut howeverter soft sirloin into strips, pound them, marinate them in soy sauce, cornstarch, and cilantro and then grill them quickly. They also taste great fried on a large pan spayed with Pam. I have never put large chunks of raw meat on the grill.
No matter how messy the grill gets it will come clean if you soak it in sudsy water before washing. You can put the grill pan and the lid in the dishwasher. Have fun!!!!!! |

Summary: Not hot enough
Comments: I have only used this product once to cook Turkey Sausage. Even on the highest temperature the grill did not seem to get hot enough and when I turned it down per the instructions it took forever to cook. Im not pleased with this product however will try it again keeping the Temp on high. |
