Summary: E home needs this quick pick-up!!
Comments: I have had a dust buster in my home for decades now. They used to have a notriously short life however they have come a long way. I was pleqased with the Hamilton Beach wet-dry for the longest time, however it finally died. HB did not replace the item so I reluctantly went with the Black & Decker (they used to be the worst busters out there).
In addition to the charging station, this buster comes with 2 EZ to change-out on-board tools that are a great added benefit. The plastic on my original buster actually wore away b/c of use on a ceramic floor. This1has a little brush attachment that prevents this from happening. Also great for picking up pet hair. The other tool is a crevice tool, always great to have.
I purchased 3 of these last year at Amazon on1of their hourly super holiday specials. I paid $9.99 ea last year. What a bargain!! All are as powerful as the day we charged them up.
-1in the kitchen for little messes,
-1upstairs for the same,
- My daughter uses hers for picking up cat litter. Terrific (just keep it clean).
It's possible the bad reviews on battery life are because these people allowed the battery to drain B4 they "seated" the unit in the charging station. If seated regularly, the life of the battery will be extended and you will enjoy your buster for a long time.
> When they say "portable" they do not mean let it die B4 recharging. As a rule, you should not let almost all rechargeable batteries go dead or the life of the battery can be shorten.
My experience now says I would pay up to $40 today for this item. Really!!

Comments: i had this in my apartment for nearly 2 years before I sold ething when i moved out. i remember the old dust busters and was not impressed. however this1is great. it is so handy to have around to pick up any kind of mess. i can not imagine keeping a clean place without it.....crumbs, hair, dirt, etc are no match for it!! |

Comments: This was1of my best purchases of the year. We totally got our money's worth with this hand vacuum. Great suction and as long as you do not plan on cleaning your entire house or apt with this all in1shot, the battery life shouldn't be a problem. This is great for the quick little clean ups. |
