Summary: Caution
Comments: purchased the Phillips and have used it less than an hour a day (it is a second tv). I really liked it, and was even looking to purchase another1for a different room, until it started getting green lines all across the screen only 5 months after I purchased it. With the problem ongoing, I called Phillips because the TV was still under warranty. They told me I would have to mail the TV (at my own express) via UPS or Federal Express to Arkansas (from the West Coast) and they would replace it with a refurbished one. A refurbished TV was not what I paid for, and they wanted me to spend another $100 in shipping costs to get it. Anyhow, after doing a little research, I found out that Phillips TV's are not the way to go -- apparently I am not the only1that has had problems. |

Comments: This is a great TV. great size for 2nd room. Hang on wall or put on stand. great sound, thought I would need external speakers, however built in speakers were all we needed. |
