Summary: Great appliance
Comments: I just love my Robot. I am 76 yrs old and it hurts my back to use a regular vacuum cleaner. The robot just goes and does the business without my having to put stress on my back. It is a wonderful tool. It cleans so well that you would not believe what it picks up that the vacuum cleaner did not. My husband and I could not be more pleased. We named it "Robot lizzie". |

Summary: A bit disappointed
Comments: This model of Roomba does an excellent job of cleaning the floors. However, it is not powerful enough for my house. Although I do not have a big house (1600 sq. ft.) the roomba runs out of power before completing the cleaning of my larger rooms. I have to divide these rooms into 2 seperate areas however then it takes hours for the battery to charge. Not practical. I will be returning this model and exchanging for a more powerful model. |

Summary: Decent price, decent product
Comments: The Roomba is pretty great, especially for its price!! It is great for places that are hard to reach with a regular vacuum, especially under the bed. I was pleasantly surprised how much stuff it picks up. 1complaint I have is that it doesn't last long before it needs charging again. I thought it was supposed to be able to clean for about 2 hours and cover 2 rooms however mine gets tired after about 1/2 hour. I would probably think about upgrading to a newer model soon however this is a great start and it supplements a regular vacuum cleaner nicely. |

Summary: Great Vacuum
Comments: I wasn't sure what to expect when I 1st used the vacuum however I am happy to say that it's1of the best purchases I have made. I have had it for about a month now and have not had to use my regular vacuum. I turn it on and let it clean, and it does clean. At the end of the secession, you see how much dust it has collected. It's easy to use, you just push a howeverton. The battery life isn't long, it may last 45 minutes, which is plenty to clean 1-2 rooms however it does take a while to charge fully again--You can not expect to clean the whole house in 1 charge. It does well on both carpet and tiles, and is able to move easily from1area to another.
I would honestly endorse this product to anyone, I wish I had purchased this sooner.

Comments: This is a really great product. The only reason I hadn't purchased1before was the price point. After2weeks of twice a day use, I wish I'd have purchased1sooner.
We have a multi-level house with tile, carpet, and wood floors. We also have2black labs that come inside at least weekly and3kids, so our floors need constant cleaning. This vacuum was the best investment. We can set it to clean1level while doing laundry or dishes and in thirty minutes, the floors are clean. After a couple of hours on the charger, the light is green and we can vacuum another level. It's been a HUGE time saver.
Pros: It really does what it advertises -- cleans automatically with no human interference. Relatively quiet (much quieter than a regular vacuum) especially on carpets. Battery runs for about 45 to 60 minutes, so it can clean2average sized rooms (about 900 sf) on a single charge. Goes in between chair legs, and under end tables where a stand up vacuum can not. Sturdy!! Fell down our stairs twice without a dent or ding.
Cons: As with all vacuums, you need to clean up loose items, toys, shoes, etc. before you clean. With the Roomba, you have to watch out for things that you can avoid with a manual vacuum that the Roomba will not (i.e. cords, tassels, etc.) It tries to avoid stairs, however noses over a little and occasionally, it will fall off if it can not get great enough traction to back away. We use the virtual wall to keep it away from the stairs. |
