Comments: No it not a vacuum cleaner so do not expect it to perform like one!! It does what it suppose to do. It picks up well with a few passes and is easy to dump out when needed. great sweeper would reccomend. |

Summary: Carpet sweeper breakdown
Comments: I purchased the Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper from a Fuller Brush salesman about 5 years ago. We used it in the kitchen area and on some carpets with great results. However, the rubber covers on all4wheels split and fell apart in the last6months. I kept the sweeper inside, at room temperature, since purchaseing it. It was not exposed to harsh chemicals.
I contacted Fuller Bursh and they told me that since it was only guarenteed1year, they would not repair or replace it. I felt like I was purchaseing quality and that they would stand behind their product. I expected better from Fuller Brush and have purchased my last product from them.
I also followed up with an email, throught their website, and received no reply. poor customer relations!! |

Summary: Great Carpetsweeper
Comments: My mother gave me a Fuller Brush electrostatic carpet sweeper since she enjoyed hers so much. I love mine and I am wanting to purchase another1for my mother-in-law. Too bad Amazon doesn't carry them. They are lightweight, easy to use and pick up dust and dirt well on various surfaces- carpets, cement floors, wooden floors, or whatever. It's easier on the back than a dustbuster and quicker to pull out than a vacuum cleaner. Although they may not replace a vacuum cleaner, they are easy to use for those in-between times. |
