Summary: Five years of use and still great as new
Comments: These have been great pans. I have had a set for over5years now and they still look new. No signs of wear at all. I have religiously used only non-metal utensils with them (wood, silicone, etc). As a result they're still like new. Even with overheating the pan once or twice they're still in perfect condition.
And if you want a great addition to the set, get the grill pan. The1that's a regular height, not the shallow one. The regular1does a FANTASTIC job cooking bacon. Likewise it does a fine job grilling ething from chicken to fish and burgers (which are still better outside).
You will be pleased with these pans. |

Summary: makes the Desire to Cook!!!!
Comments: I purchased3sets of this product for my3young adult children. Doing so has resulted in their increased desire to cook, or learn to cook. They have all abandoned their college era cookware and rave about the difference in their culinary experiences with high quality equipment. They mentioned heat retention, pots 'getting hot enough', even distrihoweverion of heat, true nonstick surface, and the full line of cookware shapes and sizes.
Initially, the discouragement to clean this product in the dishwasher was somewhat of a concern. My children's generation does not fondly look on menial, housework tasks. however I have been assured that clean up is no problem; and they have not been forced to wrestle with the idea of putting it in the dishwasher...anyway.
As a result, all3have been experimenting more in the kitchen. And the outcome of that is that all3of them are eating healthier food. This cookware has sprinkled some joy in what was previously deemed a more task oriented activity of 'having to cook'.

Summary: Excellent set of cookware
Comments: We purchased this set of cookware after reading all the great reviews. Since ething has been said many times I will not reiterate it all. This was a Christmas present to ourselves a year ago and we have been happy with it. Over the course of a year several of the pieces have gotten a few stain marks on the bottoms (almost allly the frying pans) however since we use them so often this is a minor flaw. Otherwise they look as great as the day we took them out of the box. I would highly endorse this set. |

Summary: The best cookware on the market
Comments: I purchased this set after many years [and 3 different sets] of T-Fal. I must say, it was a bit difficult to get used to the difference in weight between these and the T-Fal I was so used to. however, I am sure glad I switched. This cookware is great and I really am happy with it. The only thing that could be improved is the lid system: 1. The lids do not sit well when you want to just open them a crack to let steam out - they keep wanting to slide down back into the closed position, and 2. none of the lids fit the fry pans. Now, this second issue may be nothing to almost all people. however, my family and I like "basted" eggs - where you put a little water in the fry pan, cover tightly and let the eggs steam. This is difficult to do with the Anolon fry pans because they do not get a tight fit. T-Fal, on the other had, have lids that fit both pots and fry pans, and they fit securely on the fry pans to steam eggs easily. Oh yes, and be careful when you lift an Anolon lid - make sure you keep it over the pot, or the condensation will drip all over your stove. T-Fal lids have a lip to catch the condensation. That was another thing that took some getting used to.
I have had this Anolon set for over2years and I do a lot of cooking and canning. It has held up well and appears alalmost all brand new. T-Fal, on the other hand, would need to be replaced by now. Quality-wise, this set is great. |

Summary: Great Cookwear set!!
Comments: I purchased this set because it was highly rated and I haven't been let down. do not use metal utensils on the cookware and avoid cooking sprays- howeverter and oil work perfectly if needed. It's sturdy, comfortable, and heats evenly- well worth the money. |
