Summary: Wish I'd purchased It Sooner!!
Comments: Since I started to make whole-wheat pancakes in the morning, I was using my old reliable cast-iron skillet. however the hot spots were driving me crazy, the batter often stuck to the bottom, and the skillet was a pain to clean. So I finally got myself this Circulon griddle, and wow, what a difference. The pancakes do not stick, even without oil or howeverter; they all brown evenly; and clean-up takes about half a minute. The griddle's handle juts out so far that it sort of gets in the way, so I end up turning it to the side while I am cooking. however the handle also stays cool, making it easy to transport finished food from stove-top to table. do not wait as long as I did to get this griddle. It has lots of uses apart from breakquick, and the results are great. |

Comments: I can cook up 4 pancakes at a time... or a couple of pancakes, scambled eggs, and some bacon or sausage all at the same time!! Cooks evenly, nothing sticks, and it works great with our new stove's 12 inch radiant glass burner. I had always used a square griddle pan for pancakes in the past, I wasn't sure if a round1could cook4or5panckaes... we are so happy it can. The best past? It cleans up easy!! I may need to purchase more of these as gifts. Happy Cooking!! |

Summary: Perfect griddle for just about anything
Comments: For the price you can not go wrong with this griddle. The handle is sturdy in my opinion, and is a breeze to clean. French toast, grilled cheese, pancakes are a snap with little or no cooking oil spray to use. Bottom surface is solid, and allows for even heating. Hopefully will purchase a set to match soon!! |

Summary: Handle broke after2weeks of use
Comments: Like mentioned in the title, I had this pan for2weeks before the handle broke. All I did was lift the pan, and there wasn't that much weight in it. Amazon did send me a replacement, and I hope this1holds up well. The pan itself works nicely. When it says you do not have to use oil, you really do not have to use oil. It's amazing. |
