Summary: Better look elsewhere
Comments: Scared off by many of these poor reviews, I was able to get the financial times directly from FT for the $99 price. Try googling financial times and looking at the sponsored adds. 1of them is from the official FT website. I would give you the site, however then Amazon wouldn't post my review. You need to enter the site through the sponsored link though, or otherwise the price will appear as $298. |

Summary: Watch out!!!!!!
Comments: I purchased a 1 year subscription through Amazon and after 4 weeks it simply stopped arriving. Amazon itself will do nothing except tell me to call their company, Synapse Services. Synapse services' telephone number gives only an automated attendant which after repeated attempts still will not recognize my Amazon order number. Synapse will also not reply to my emails. I have missed3weeks now and have not been able to solve the problem even though I have called Synapse 3 times and written 4 emails.
Maybe they're beginning to listen, because a copy of the Wall Street Journal showed up today, however I paid for 3 weeks of this expensive subscription to the FT, and even if the problem *does* get fixed, I am not looking forward to the effort I'll have to go through to get refunded for those3weeks!! |

Comments: I ordered the Financial Times in August as a gift for my husband. I allowed for the 2-6 weeks for deli to begin as stated on the site when I ordered. It is now the middle of October. We have received1copy of the FT, a week ago, and not a single copy since. I have contacted customer service several times and they have not remedied the situation. I am completely unpleased and do not have a single positive thing to say concerning this fiasco. I am canceling the order and subscribing directly through the Financial Times perhaps I'll have better luck there. |

Summary: Ordered in April 08 Still haven't received and issue in Sept. 08
Comments: The Financial Times is a great newspaper, right up there with the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
However, ordering it through this service has resulted in no issues and frustration trying to get the subscription going. After 3 calls, I finally cancelled the order. |
