Summary: more toaster than small oven
Comments: Previously, we had1of the much more expensive DeLonghi convection ovens. It not only did basic toasting, however ended up serving as another smaller oven for our cooking chores.
This DeLonghi can do more than toast, and does toasting well. We are pleased for the price (appox $45 on sale), however miss having another oven to supplement the cooking on big projects. |

Summary: The Worst Piece of Junk
Comments: This is the worst piece of junk. I have had it about2years. I purchased the service agreement and it had to be brought it for service twice. The third time, Thanksgiving morning, it died again. The service centers are few and far between and although it cost $10 for the service agreement, it cost $40 each time for gas/tolls to drop it off and repair the piece of junk!!!!
I will never purchase and De Longhi product again. If you are smart, you will not purchase a De Longhi toaster oven the 1st time!!!!!!!! I am am not1of these people who writes reviews and comments on products however I had to let other people know to avoid this product. |

Summary: Poor Quality
Comments: This is the second DeLonghi Convection Toaster Oven I purchased and the second1with a defective convection fan!!!!!!!! I had my 1st oven replaced (a big pain, had to pay for shipping, took over 2 weeks). Finally got it and in less than 3 years just stopped working completely!!
Broke down and purchased this1and the fan does not work again. It makes the loudest noise, I can not even use it. DeLonghi offered to fix it, however guess what? I would get to pay for shipping again and have to wait for a replacement oven!!!!!!!!
POOR QUALITY!!!!!!!! Will not be purchaseing another DeLonghi product!! |

Summary: worked well until the knobs broke...
Comments: just a couple of months in, the on-off dial quit working and the oven would no longer turn on. BLAH!! Too bad, because the size and shape of the oven was convenient and it worked quite well for our purposes. however what's the point of making a great product and then cheaping out on the almost all critical component!! |

Summary: this has broken down in just a few weeks after purchase
Comments: The DeLonghi E!!1251 oven/toaster is lovely and I love it however it never works for long. I have been through two, the last1having broken down today,1month after purchase. It just shuts down, no explanation. And I can not find anyone here in Manhattan who can repair it. Why should it do this? I purchase it and then I toast and bake and enjoy it and then - whoosh!! It stops working.
Any suggestions? Can I get a refund, or at least someone to help pay for the repair? By accident, you guys sent me2last month and I returned the second, unused one. I was going to keep it, figuring this would happen however I did not want to spook it so I sent it back.
