Calphalon One Nonstick 11-Inch Square Grill Pan |

Summary: Great Grill Pan
Comments: purchased this pan about a month ago, and have been using it constantly. I have made burgers and steak and they've come out beautifully -- nicely seared on the outside, juicy on the inside. It also makes the best grilled cheese (I use my tea kettle -- filled with water -- as a grill press). I also used it a few times to make grilled bread to accompany soups and salads (touch of garlic-infused olive oil brushed on the surface)and it has really infused the bread with flavor. I find cleaning relatively easy, however you need to let the pan cool 1st. Then I place it in the sink, squirt dishwashing liquid in it and fill with hot water. Let it soak about 1/2 hour and whatever is stuck on wipes off easily. I am happy with this purchase. |

Summary: Excellent Calphalon grill
Comments: I had seen this grill at a friends house and wanted to have it since I live in a Condo and cannot grill outside. It is great for steaks on the stovetop. Also, I purchased it, through Amazon, for $25.00 LESS than I had seen it in other stores. |

Summary: Used e day
Comments: Love Calphalon and have used this alalmost all e day since its arrival. Can use fat/howeverter to oil pan, however food stays up on the grid lines. Not5stars because not quite as heavy and solid as some of my other Calphalon. On the other hand, it does a fine job and is easy to lift. great for recipes where you brown food and then finish in the oven. Lovely grid marks if you remember to rotate food 90 degrees after a few minutes. (4 1/2???) Is my indoor grill obsolete? |

Summary: Not so great!!!!
Comments: I used this grill pan for about2months. Then I had to dump it because I was not able to clean the "non-stick" surface from meat burn-outs and other stuff. My wife used to turn the range on "HIGH" for grilling so probably it also contrihowevered to the short lifespan of this product. Instruction booklet advised to use the pan with low to medium temperature range. |

Summary: Nice Grill Pan
Comments: I purchased this Calphalon grill pan locally years ago and spent $$$. We used it quite a bit and found that it cooked evenly and was easy to clean.
Then our family grew & I found the Simply Calphalon 13" grill pan. If using a single grill pan, we use the 13" round more than the 11" square because we cook a lot of food.
However, we still use both pans. In fact, both can be found in use on our ranges at least 1x/week.
The gold box price is a great deal and with the addition of the 4 for 3 deal, you will be happy if the 11" is the right size for you. |
