Summary: Better than my old one!!
Comments: I received this food processor as a gift for Christmas. I have had a smaller Kitchenaid food processor for many years and loved it, however I think it was a 5 cup and was too small for many jobs.
This 9 cup model is fantastic!! I have already used it about 10 times to chop veggies, make hummus, etc. I diced an entire package of celery in about 30 seconds. I make bread frequently, so I'll be interested to see how it handles bread dough. I love the4cup bowl as well. Not only can I do2different jobs without having to wash a bowl and blade 1st, however the 9 cup bowl is just too big for some jobs.
I have absolutely no complaints and would endorse this to anyone!! |

I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. My husband had been trying to get me to update my "old" food processor for several years, however since it was still operable, I had been resisting. The old1finally quit on me so I was able to make this upgrade. Gosh, I wish I'd made it sooner. My new KitchenAid 9 Cup Food Processor is just fantastic!! There is no comparison. The motor is rather quiet, the attachments work like a dream, and finally, because it also has the 4 cup mini bowl, I get to use it more often. I highly endorse this product and the superior service from Amazon.com. |

Summary: I love this food processor
Comments: Let's be honest, when you talk about small kitchen appliances, the best names or at least the almost all popular is Kitchen aid and Cuisinart. Can can purchase food processors and mixers for far less than the cost of the2leaders, however there is a reason shy you pay more, and you get what you pay for.
Here is some history:
I received a 3 cup electric food chopper a couple years ago. This chopper is barely big enough to make salsa. To chop onions, you have to pick the chopper up and shake it violently to get the onions chopped up.
For bigger jobs, I also have a manual food chopper. You can say I was too cheap to purchase the right tool for the right job.
Now let's go to today. I love this food processor. I have made salsa, carrot cake and the icing recipe that comes with the food processor and now I am baking bread with the processor.
This processor weights a lot, it is easy to use, easy to clean and I went from making salsa in 10 minutes to making salsa in just a few minutes. Kinda makes me wonder why I waited so long. |

Summary: This ones a winner!!!!
Comments: I absolutely love this food processor. The 1st time I used it to chop some onions I was wondering why it wasnt working. It was so quiet and I kept on waiting for it to make loud noises while chopping. Well no loud noises and before I knew my onions became a puree. :). I was so used to my old Hamilton-Beach loud noised food processor that when this1did not make any noise I thought it wasnt working. however it did a wonderful job quietly.
It is quiet. You can be running this and having a conversation with somebody at the same time.
It also does dough. I do that pretty regularly to make indian rotis of the wheat flour.
It comes with a 4-cup bowl which is a life-saver in situations when you have little garlic to be chopped or a small onion. You do not have to use the big 9-cup bowl, the 4-cup does all the small jobs beautifully.
All in all, a great investment, a MUST-HAVE!!!! |

Comments: I purchased this processor 3 weeks ago and have used it alalmost all daily. The motor is strong and the processor is easy to use, dissassemble, and clean. It is also versatile in its ability to perform numerous varied tasks. For the money I would rate it as excellent and well worth purchaseing. |
