Product Reviews: KitchenAid Cook for the Cure Silicone Spoon Spatula, Pink |
Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: Love it!! Love it!! Love it!! Comments: Got it just before the holidays so I used it for all my cooking/baking needs. In fact, it's been out of the drawer many times that I frequently have trouble finding it. Price was right too and deli was speedy. Saw1just like it in a utensil store at an outlet mall and the price (less shipping/handling) was more at the outlet store. I am happy with my purchase!!!!!!!! |

Rating: 5 (out of 5) Summary: Works Well , Great Cause , Teaches Charity Comments: My mother is a 15 year survivor of breast cancer. I was attracted to this item for that reason to support other women and their families who are experiencing this life altering event.
I am writing the review because aside from the cause , the item its self works wonderfully , It fits well in my hand , it bends to scrape a bowl with brownies in it perfectly however , is not floppy like some items of a similar type are. The cause is great however the item is worth the purchase aside from the cause.
My children who have a form of Autism have been asking me why I am purchaseing many pink cooking tools , it has given me the chance to talk to them about the cause , charity and to show them that charity really does start at home.

Rating: 1 (out of 5) Summary: Cook For The Cure? Comments: Having purchased E pink item in the last several months. I was dismayed to discover that none of the money was going to CFTC just because I had purchased them. Seems that in small print on the hang tag, there is a disclaimer. You have to go online and register the product. Only then will KitchenAid fork over the Money...... Yes for something as small as a set of measuring cups or a knife, you have to register.
Of course I discovered this long after I had thrown away the hang tags. So I went to LOWES and wrote down the UPC from the items they still stocked there. They were out of several items I have and did not know if they were getting any more. So now I am off to the mall kitchen store. Wish me luck. Oh and SAVE those hang tags.
