Summary: Great quick CD burner that plays DVDs
Comments: I bough this drive to replace the aging DVD drive in my current system. Unfortunately, the days of picking up a cheep plain DVD drive are gone, and they have been replace with models that are CD-r drives that play DVDs as well. The burner works well, and come with Nero burning software and Power DVD 6 player, which works well. I already had a DVD burner, however for about 20 more you can likely get a DVD burner. great price for what i wanted, available on amazon competatively, however also available at many big retail chain stores.
