Summary: Excellent paring knife!!
Comments: This is an excellent paring knife, and I am pleased with it's cutting ability. It slices through ething quickly and easily, and the nonstick coating is fantastic. I love the blue color, it goes with other items I have in my kitchen. It comes with a sheath to protect the blade and your fingers when stored. Kuhn Rikon makes some great kitchen items, and this is definitely1of them. |

Comments: This has been1of the sharpest knives, short of my hunting knife, that I have used.1of the sharpest in my kitchen anyway. Its easy to use and clean, sharp, and a handy size. It is not, however, totally non-stick. Things like garlic and seeds from various items will still cling to the blade. There is a handy sheath if you want drawer storage as well. In general, a great knife. |
