Summary: Outstanding Pan!!
Comments: This pan is awesome!! My parents have had this pan for many years, and I asked them for1just like it for my birthday present this year. I am a 46 yr old avid cook who owns an entire collection of "All Clad" and non-stick "Emerile Ware" by All-clad, so I am used to great cooking pans. I can cook pasta, to perfect omelets, and a mean stir-fry all in this pan. versatile and well made. |

Summary: Love my new cookware
Comments: I have been pleased with my Anolon Advanced Cookware!! I searched several websites and stores and I amazon offered the lowest price. It arrived on time. I love the way it is easy to wash and I love the way it cooks. The only thing that I do not like is that it takes a while to heat up and you can not use high heat. however, it's heavy duty quality cookware. I am sure I will get many years worth of use out of it!! |

Summary: Great Pan!!
Comments: This is really a great pan so far. I do a lot of stir frying and use this alalmost all e day. The material is excellent and retains heat well since it's of a heavier weight. The lid also works really well and fits snugly without creating any kind of a mess like you would see with others. The size is also perfect esp when cooking bulky veggies. The only thing now is to see how long it lasts since I have only had it for a month or so. however so far, I am happy with this purchase. |

Summary: great quality pan
Comments: I was looking for a replacement for my wok pan which I have had over20 years. It was hard to choose, however after reading reviews for various pans, I decided on this one. Overall, I really like the pan. It's a great size for stir-fry and I love that it comes with a lid. That's a helpful feature because I always had to use a large plate for my other pan whenever I wanted to keep the meal warm a few minutes. My1complaint is that it doesn't come with a second handle because when the food is in the pan it is quite heavy. |
