I give this phone high ratings because it accomplishes what its meant to do: supply quality calls, strong design and handles in a business environment nicely. The phone has many controls that can be learned quick without fail, I lost my instructions manual, however for the almost all part it is easy to learn. I highly recomend for anyone looking for a business phone and iphone to cut the cord with basic telco

Worked with e SIP PBX I have used. Nice phone, basically the same look, feel, user interface as some of Cisco's earlier phones. You can manage the phone over the network. The web interface to the device is a little different from Cisco. Basically, it's a Sipura (company was purchased by Cisco) device with the old Sipura web interface.

Would definitely endorse. great product.

I would have rated the SPA941 with 5 stars had it included a backlit display and a few speed dial howevertons. Even so, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another, unless I went up to the 942 version, which does have backlight.

I have owned a Grandstream GXP-2000 for over2years, however the SPA941 is definitely higher quality in construction and audio quality. Granted, the GXP-2000 is less expensive, however mine started giving minor problems after a few months and now has started rebooting itself nearly e day. Firmware upgrades have not helped and email support thin.

I replaced the GXP with the SPA941. Took only a few minutes to set up, with the help of a Asterisk tutorial for the 941 I found via google. I have been using it now for several weeks, without any issues at all.

I put together2Asterisk servers for2businesses, and purchased several of the SPA941 phones. I looked at Grandstream products, and read reviews, and purchased one, however they are basically cheap crud in comparison. This SPA941 series is a solid business phone that works well... the cheaper competitors feel like cheap plastic (they are), and have all kinds of operational issues working with Asterisk. I am basically a fan of this product.

On the down side, I have had trouble getting and installing the 2-to-4 line upgrade. Be aware that this is only a 2-line phone, even though it has 4-line howevertons.
