When clean, the element will trap larger particles, with finer particles being filtered out as the pores of the element become clogged by the larger debris. Filter element 112.5 Square feet replacement is designed to use with Hayward SwimClear and Super Star-Clear cartridge filter models C4500, C2000, C3000, C4000, C5000. The cartridge element can be removed and cleaned by pressure washing inside and out with a garden hose. Filter element measures 7 inch outside diameter by 25-1/2 inch height. Weighs 6 pounds.
