Like Hiking Barefoot, Only More Expensive
by strykerbc, Jun 23, 2011
Pros: Lightweight, comfortable, durable, promotes endurance and muscle tone, very well-built
Cons: Takes some getting used to, thin soles can hurt on rough trails, NOT FOR EVERYONE

Comfortable shoe, martial artists beware
by afransella, Jun 22, 2011
Pros: - Comfortable and light - Rugged enough - Good grip - Price is coming down
Cons: - Dirt does get inside - No lateral traction on smooth surfaces - Still pricey
The Bottom Line: A versatile and unique product. My recommendation is to try them on before buying, since it's a definite possibility that either you won't like them or they won't fit you.

Almost like being barefoot

Pros: Promotes natural walking gait, experience different surfaces.
Cons: Takes time to get used to, no ankle/arch/bed creepy looking.
The Bottom Line: Try something different. Try something made for the way the human body actually works. Try a Vibram Five Finger shoe. (Any-- the Sprint, KSO, Bikala, Flow, etc.)
