Pros: Lightweight, comfortable, durable, promotes endurance and muscle tone, very well-built
Cons: Takes some getting used to, thin soles can hurt on rough trails, NOT FOR EVERYONE
The Bottom Line: If you use these shoes right and break them in slowly, you'll love them. Just don't wear them to the mall.
