What the heck is a dynamic sphere anyway?

Pros: Excellent illustrations ; Techniques are explained clearly ; An enduring classic.
Cons: Can be a bit wordy at times.
The Bottom Line: Beginners in Aikido, Aikijutsu, or Jujutsu will find loads of good information here. Intermediate and advanced practitioners will find this a useful reference.
