Pros: Break out role for Roberts, realistic look at mental abuse.

Cons: Some parts drag on with no purpose.

The Bottom Line: While the plot is generic, Roberts pulls it off. Kept on a somewhat realistic level Sleeping With the Enemy is a revamped, rich version of The Burning Bed [1984].
