One of the most delightful books I've ever read

Pros: Great insights into Asperger Syndrome filled with humor, priceless spirit, and imagination.
Cons: Author's age at the time of publication (13) naturally limits his experiences.
The Bottom Line: Luke will probably endear himself to you with his wonderful personality, and you'll learn more about Asperger Syndrom in the process.

The Guide Book That Can Cheer Someone Up

Pros: Clear instructions for us people with Aspergers. Funny. Clever. Cheers you up.
Cons: Mum's comment; not enough to help Asperger people tolerate neurotypical people
The Bottom Line: It's intelligent, funny, readable, and doesn't patronise the reader or make them feel "disabled".

Is it a freak? Is it a geek? No, it's a boy with AS!

Pros: A vivid account of life with AS, straight from the horse's mouth.
Cons: Writer's young age limits experience, so no talk of independent living skills.
The Bottom Line: If you have AS, or you are a parent, teacher or carer of someone who has, then don't give this book a miss!
