Picture It! Premium 10; great for editing and cataloging your image collection

Pros: Best functionality at pricepoint; includes Library!

Cons: Most everything is performed in automatic wizards with less manual controls than other apps

The Bottom Line: The same editing capability of previous iterations with cataloging functions included makes this a good buy for the beginner to intermediate
