Pros: Easy to reach support that you WILL use if you buy this machine.
Cons: Print quality and print-head life poor, requires color ink to print black!
The Bottom Line: Avoid this one and possibly Brother in general...

Pros: good network capabilities and driver software, pretty easy to setup and use, convenient multi-document feeder.
Cons: Not great quality high resolution photo printing and not as crisp prints as Canon S9000.
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for an inexpensive MFC (print/scan/copy/fax) that can network (scan/print) to all your computers and basically get the job done... I highly recommend it!

Pros: The machine does most things Copy, Fax, Scan Print. Installation easy and the set-up simple.
