Pros: Large enough to cook family meals, glass top- see what you are cooking, completely immersible.
Cons: The lid isn't vented- be careful removing lid.

Pros: Large cooking surface area. Versatile in cooking methods makes a good heated serving tray
Cons: plastic temperature dial broke non0stick surface wears off in time
The Bottom Line: The Presto 16" Skillet is quite versatile for cooking being able to bake, fry, cook stews, and casseroles, along with basics like eggs, French toast and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.

Pros: Cooks food just like your oven. It's like having an extra hand in the kitchen.
Cons: You should purchase the Eclectic Electric Skillet Cookbook to compliment your skillet.
The Bottom Line: The skillet is a worth it compliment to any kitchen. You might even end out giving your stove the night off once or twice a week!
