Cons: poor sound quality, Palm Desktop / Office Outlook compatibility issues
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for users that upgrade from earlier Palm versions. If you're starting mobile computing think about whether you want to go with a pocket PC.

Cons: Freezes and needs Resets (or reboot) way too often
The Bottom Line: It does not seem to be functioning as well as previous models. The fact that you need to reset this device so often wastes time and is frustrating.
