Pros: Fantastic Look and Feel, Preview on hover feature, Better organization of Menu
Cons: Very slow, Reskilling required for favorite options, Digital signatures issues.
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend moving onto Office 2007 unless you are into presentations in which case this is real good.
