It failts to turn on most of the time

Pros: cheap
Cons: it doesn't work most of the time
The Bottom Line: Make sure that you test it right away and if it doesn't work take it back to the store. Don't wait months to test it like me :(

Pros: price, effectiveness, ease of operation (especially suctioncup mount), carry case, volume's clarity and loudness
Cons: takes apx 2 minutes to find signal - It doesn't have street-to-text - so what!
The Bottom Line: buy one - super easy to use, you won't get lost, very easy to use windshield suction cup mounting

Nextar P3 GPS Navigation System with MP3 Player

Pros: Easy to install, easy to put in addresses, simple to follow.
Cons: The screen is a little on the small side.
The Bottom Line: For navigation purposes, this is the easiest to use. The screen is excellent. As of yet, we have not tried using the MP3 player.

Affordable GPS that works well out of the box

Pros: Inexpensive, easy-use, Map & 1.6M POIs on 1GB SDcard, sturdy, portable, also charges via USB
Cons: US Map only, upgrade support questionable, no text-to-speech
The Bottom Line: Excellent GPS for the price. Not top of the line, but an affordable and easy to use entry-level model. Seems sturdy and dependable. Hopefully map updates will be forthcoming.
