King of Consoles?
by robopimp_com, Oct 5, 2004
Pros: Network/Online gameplay. A++ graphics.
Cons: Doesn't always get the latest'n'greatest games first, ie: Grand Theft Auto, etc. Some hardware problems
The Bottom Line: It's a tough call between the Xbox or a PS2. Look at the games that the PS2 and the Xbox have, and decide from there. I would choose the Xbox.
Review: I'll admit, for the longest time, I avoided buying an Xbox. The reasons were many: few games, many g ...

Halo Has Cursed My Console!
by spanky1034, Aug 3, 2004
Pros: Faster load times than PS2; Halo; system link; Xbox live; superior video, audio quality
Cons: Poor, poor, poor laser stability!!!
The Bottom Line: After my grief with the laser stability, I still believe the Xbox console is far better than a PS2 console (and yes, I own one of those as well).
Review: About a year and a half ago, after a few months of playing Halo with some of my coworkers, I spent m ...

Pros: big, powerful, built in hard drive, large online library, sports gamer's fantasy, little additional costs
Cons: have to pay for online, many games are ported to it, relatively small library
The Bottom Line: I have all 3 major consoles, but I still can't determine which is the best.
Review: Update 12-15-05 This is just an update from my initial Xbox review. I have spent almost a year and a ...

One of the best consoles around.
by xmaster40, Jul 15, 2004
Pros: Awesome power, great games, and staying power.
Cons: Not as many games as PS2, Biggest of the three,(if that's a con)
The Bottom Line: I completely recommend this system, because even though it may not have as many games as PS2, quality is better than quantity, and the Xbox delivers.
Review: I have had my PS2 for a while and I also have a GC. Both have provided me with many hours of gaming ...
