Pros: Internet ready, easy to use, easy to sync
Cons: Black and white, only 8 megabytes of memory
The Bottom Line: I think you should buy the Palm VIIx because for its price and its usefulness, you won't find any better.

Great tool for a busy life

Pros: wireless access, runs the huge number of programs written for the Palmos.
Cons: signal strength is not consistant
The Bottom Line: Wireless access in major transportation hubs (i.e. airports)is very valuable. If you travel you need a VIIx or better yet.... 705.

Palm 7x guaranteed to enhance your brain

Pros: fast, easy to use. A brain saver
Cons: no color screen, but then color screens can have problems that this one doesn't.
The Bottom Line: A very simple, user friendly handheld computer that has definitely helped me organize my life. Any brainstorm or important thought immediately goes on my Palm VIIx.

Pros: Lightweight, offers the wireless internet along with the utility of a Palm Pilot
Cons: Weak signal strength on occasion, not upgradeable like other handhelds, batteries not rechargeable

Didn't Know I Needed One Until I Had It

Pros: Wireless e-mail and web clipping, ability to sync with PC, alarms for upcoming appointments.
Cons: Need to buy a separate Mac connection kit. Desktop Mac program is very weak.
The Bottom Line: Wireless e-mail makes this far more useful than any other Palm model I use it all the time and feel lost without it.
