Pros: Very very quiet. Great price (comparing to other manufacturers).

Cons: Occasional clicking Noise. Utility can be run from floppy only. Western Digital support is Dismal.

The Bottom Line: Good Buy, Good Performance. Contact Western Digital before you buy and push for fix that can be run from CD-ROM.
