Oui, Wii Fitness Plus; More fun than most "games"
by bennyzmom2, Jan 23, 2010
Pros: Very fun, doesn't seem like "exercise", helped my back problems.
Cons: No compensation for "big bones" or muscularity, boring trainers.
The Bottom Line: Very FUN, not like exercise, whole family can participate, can customize. Very accurate. Downside is no compensation for "big bones" or muscularity. Non-studio/gym-like yoga/strength environment would help.
