Pros: Automatic re-scaling of open windows to fit half the page is great.
Cons: I can't say that there are any bad things to say about this OS.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend that anyone thinking of upgrading should definitely go with Windows 7.

Pros: + Noticeable reliability and performance gain over Vista.
Cons: Windows 7 upgrade is much over-priced for exisitng owners of Vista.
The Bottom Line: I recommend upgrading to Window7 from Vista (flawed) and XP (too old) for reliability and performance.

Pros: Far less resource intensive than Windows Vista; loads quickly.

Pros: The best Windows yet, quick operation, looks awesome and is awesome on all specs
Cons: Too many viruses, iffy networking and bluetooth, can't compete with Linux and Mac's included extras
The Bottom Line: I definately recommend Windows 7. It's a great operating system with great speed and looks. While it has the standard Windows issues, it's a real step up from Windows Vista.

Pros: Nicer and better interface, Taskbar, improved performance, problem free upgrade (from Vista), more secure.
Cons: Applications rendering directly to the screen will take a performance hit.
The Bottom Line: Upgrading from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium was nearly effortless and all applications, network connections, and remote network places remained intact.

Pros: Fast, secure, almost no driver issues, appears to be very stable.
Cons: None at present -- installation was a breeze.

Pros: Fast, efficient, reliable.
Cons: File sharing very poorly done, with computers still on XP.
