Pros: COMFORTABLE! (worth repeating: comfortable)
Cons: A bit over-priced. Slow to adjust for different adult wearer.

Pros: Easy to Use and Comfortable
Cons: No Cons at all, LOVE Ergo
The Bottom Line: Easy to Use, Comfortable and a MUST when getting ready to have a baby or for anyone who already has small kids. ESPECIALLY those having a 2nd or more baby.

Pros: Has cushioned shoulder straps and waist belt
Cons: Forces infant's legs to straddle parent's waist. Baby does not have leg freedom
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it if you care about your baby's body development. My baby did not find this carrier comfortable.

Pros: -simple design -ease of use -multiple positioning and adjustibility -comfortable cushioning
Cons: -cannot use for more than an hour -baby gets overheated in -color fades after washing (black)

Pros: Baby is safely cuddled close while my hands are free!
Cons: A bit costly, but I would buy it over a stroller if I had to.
