It is definitely a good upgrade and am glad that i decided to get it.

Pros: This upgrade makes my work look neater, more professional and easy to edit.
Cons: The upgrade is really just that, an upgrade. The software is essentially the same .
The Bottom Line: The product is a good purchase. It adds value to your computer and will make your work look better than it is now.

Pros: Microsoft Outlook 2010, improved customer support, customizable ribbon, backstage view, PDF/XPS, equation editor, navigation pane.
Cons: Upgrade from Microsoft Office 2007 to Microsoft Office 2010 might not be worth it.
The Bottom Line: I am happy with my upgrade from Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student to Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business. You need to contemplate other upgrade paths.

Pros: Several improvements over 2007
Cons: As with 2007, no option to revert to traditional menus--Ribbon is mandatory.
The Bottom Line: I have extensively used Word 2003, 2007, and 2010, and can definitely say that Word 2010 is their best product yet.
